Random reaction to politics at large….
Random idea – Bush says that part of war is to prevent terrorism from spreading and to promote democracy, hence presence in Iraq. News commentators say that American presence in Iraq has actually increased terrorism in Iraq as there are so many Americans to target. Is it possible that the war is a decoy kinda ploy to get terrorists to focus on attacking the easy targets in Iraq, rather than trying to get to the U.S. and attack relatively defenseless citizens? That troops are cannon fodder to prevent them from coming over here? If it was my relative/child/SO/etc out there, I would be rather pissed if that were the case…
