Care package-like items I’d like in Mongolia
As a general idea, as I’ve been asked by several people:
Food – not sure quite yet, but I like almost anything from Trader Joe’s. Items more on the non-meat end are infinitely more appealing. Items that are more non-perishable are also preferred. I may be looking for spices, but not sure what I’d like yet.
News/books/reading – whatever’s cheap, but I like things like local weeklies (like the Stranger or Creative Loafing), NYTimes or LATimes, graphic novels, sci-fi/fantasy, funny stuff, good fiction, The Economist, Seed magazine, and stuff like that. I’d also like news about you.
Pictures – I would totally put em up on whatever wall-like surfaces I have.
Surprises – I like those too
